Food Combining: The Foundation for Healthy Digestion

Properly combining foods is essential to assimilating the nutrients available in what we eat.
In this class, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist Amanda Lewis, L.Ac. will cover these key points of food combining
(1) food groups that combine well
(2) food combinations best to avoid, and
(3) ideal sequencing of foods eaten in a single meal.
Throughout this class, Amanda will include specific foods and supplements that help regulate digestion. This class includes free samples!
